So here are my tips to you to avoid a binge while high:

If you can’t resist the urge at all when you’re high, even after trying these tips, then don’t smoke.
The BIGGEST PIECE of advice I can offer:
You have to trick your mind. Remind yourself, you just smoked an herb that naturally makes you crave food, hungry or not. But you have the power to turn your mind around. When you’re high, a thought procesa sticks with you. Once you distract yourself from food it becomes easier. You’ll forget food exists when you’re high.
Its all up to you.
