I’ve just managed to lose 3 lbs, the first time my weight has changed at all for the first time in a year and a half and I feel so fat. I saw a family member I hadn’t seen in a couple of years. Don’t you just love it when you gain so much weight and your family says oh wow you’ve gained a lot of weight, you aren’t just a bag of bones now, I like you so much better with some weight to you, but I’ve always liked girls to have more heft. You don’t look like you’re sick and dying anymore!
Triggered me so hard. Even the thought or mention of food is disgusting to me right now. Gotta love the fucking holidays.
